What is Client-Centered? Client-Centered means Empathy. Looking at the legal experience from the Client's perspective, recognizing that the legal journey is all a mystery and can be scary.
Understanding that you are a unique person, that your family is unique, and that your situation is unique. When you become a Client, you will be offered a complimentary one-hour "get to know you" session. The session will introduce you to my world as a legal practitioner in a comfortable atmosphere. More importantly, it also allows me to get to know you as a person.
The session is beneficial for both of us. We must have a good working relationship. If my legal style does not appeal to you, there will be no hard feelings. Sometimes personalities just do not click. Should that occur, you will be refunded your unused retainer.
